How can I place an order at "My Online Perfumery"?

At our online shop My Online Perfumery you can view all our cosmetic and drugstore products without obligation. If you would like to order some perfumes, care products, make-up or sun creams etc., all you have to do is register on our website, add your desired items to the shopping cart and confirm your order.
On My Online Perfumery you have three ways to find items for you and your loved one.
The fast and intuitive search engine offers you the best results. Simply enter the item name or brand.
You can use the upper menu for an initial search through specific categories, available brands and also their articles.
You can also find any product according to its characteristics such as care, treatment area, texture, application, sun protection factor, etc. using the search engine consisting of a series of drop-down menus.
If, at the end of your search, you have not found an article or you are not sure whether an article corresponds to your search, you can contact us by e-mail.
Registration in My Online Perfumery is very simple. All you need is your email address and a password.
Click in "My Account" in the upper right corner and enter the fields "e-mail address" and "password". We remind you that your password for My Online Perfumery account should not be the same for your personal email address.
Welcome to My Online Perfumery! You now have an account where you can add your shipping addresses, payment methods, returns, gifts, etc.
In the shopping cart you can view a list of items that have been selected and added during the purchasing process.
You can also view the total amount of your order and the shipping costs, add and/or remove products.
After checking all the information, click on "Proceed to checkout" to continue and confirm your order.
After confirmation of your order you will receive an e-mail with all information about your ordered items, delivery address, chosen payment method and estimated delivery time.
In the following days you will receive other e-mails in time about the shipping, delivery, possible incidents or processing of your order.
All this information will always be available and updated for you in your user account.
You can process and/or cancel your confirmed order, whenever it would not be on the way to dispatch. To do so, you must contact our customer service using the contact form available in your account.
Please keep in mind that 24 hours after your order has been confirmed, it is almost impossible to process or cancel it because it has already shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order that has not yet shipped, the total amount will be refunded in the same payment method you have chosen.
If your order has already been shipped, you may cancel your order at the moment the carrier delivers your order for the carrier to return your shipment to us and then the product will not be refunded until the returned package is received. In this case, the return and shipping costs must be paid by you.
