Never accept a package from the carrier if you find that the packaging shows signs of tampering or is damaged. Let us know via our contact form with your order and tracking number. This will speed up the process. We will immediately send you a new product free of charge.
If you receive a defective item, the replacement item will be resent to you at no additional cost. In this case BuyIn. pick up the defective item first and only after receiving and verifying that the requirements are met, we will send you a replacement of this item at no additional cost. No refunds or replacements will be given for products that have been opened or whose contents / packaging are not in their original condition.
If the item is not in stock, we will refund the purchase price.

Upon receipt of this information, the warranty department of My Online Perfumery will send you all information about the collection by email.
We would like to remind you that you will use the same packaging for the shipment of your order. The return shipment could take 15 to 20 working days.
