In the event that the shipment is returned to us for reasons that cannot be attributed to us (persistent absence, incorrect or insufficient delivery address, no collection at the packing station, etc.), only the item amount of the order will be refunded. The customer must bear the return and shipping costs himself.

Can I change my delivery address, for example to my workplace?

Can I arrange a specific delivery time?

Of course, but please bear in mind that we can only inform the transport company about your desired delivery time as a suggestion. If he already has a fixed delivery route, he cannot or will not be able to follow our instructions.

How can I calculate the delivery time for my order?

In order to calculate the delivery time, it is necessary to take into account national, regional and local holidays, as well as weather conditions that change the normal flow of road and air traffic, strikes and other special situations.

In view of these factors, the estimated processing, shipping and delivery times will be displayed on your account and on the copy of your order sent to your e-mail address after your order is confirmed, for information purposes only.
