Payment by credit card
A safe and easy payment method is guaranteed when paying by credit card.
At My Online Perfumery you can pay with the following cards and payment systems:
The total amount of your order will be charged immediately.
In the event that you return the items to us, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card.
The information on your credit card is encrypted by SSL. Thanks to this increased security, this payment method is absolutely safe at My Online Perfumery . More information about security can be found below:
If you do not register your credit card data in your user account and you do not want this data to be used automatically for your next purchase, please follow the steps below:
After confirming your order, log in again. Click on "My payment method" and then on "View my credit cards", where you will find the option "Delete". If you click on this option, all your credit card data will be deleted.
Payment by debit card
You can pay for your order at My Online Perfumery using your MasterCard Debit and Visa Debit card.
Payment by PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal. You just have to choose PayPal as payment method to place your order. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can make the payment on PayPal by providing your user details.
If you are new to PayPal, you can login as a guest to pay for your order or register on PayPal.
If you pay your order via PayPal, you will always receive an order confirmation. Please note that in some cases there may be implementation errors on the PayPal website.
If you wish to return the goods, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
Successful payment notification
If your order was successfully paid for by credit card, debit card or PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the order summary page and receive an e-mail with a copy of the order and payment confirmation.
You will also find this order information (payment confirmation included) in your user account.
When paying by bank transfer, the successful payment confirmation will only be sent after we have received your transfer in our bank account.
Incomplete or incorrect payment notification
If the credit card, debit card or PayPal payment is incomplete or the information provided is incorrect, causing the payment to go wrong, an automatic payment notification will be displayed about the incorrect payment.
In this case the order will not be saved, not even in our user account. You will not receive an e-mail with order information!
In order to confirm your order, you should repeat the whole ordering process again.
Payment by bank transfer must be made within 5 working days after purchase, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
I don't know if my payment was successful
If for some reason (e.g. connection error, no confirmation message received, etc.) you are not sure whether or not the payment of your order has been successfully confirmed, this information is available in your user account.
If your order is shown as "paid" in your account but you have not received a confirmation message, you have nothing to worry about. Your order has been paid, confirmed and is in the process of being shipped. Please note that all of your order information in your account is constantly updated.
I have not received a confirmation message by e-mail
It is possible that the e-mail address you entered is incorrect or that your e-mail inbox has sorted this message as "spam".
Please log in to your account to check the payment of your order. If your order is shown as "paid" in your account but you have not received a confirmation message, you do not need to do anything else. Your order has been paid, confirmed and is in the shipping process.
